- The free strategy session is offered subject to availability and cannot be resold or transferred.
- The session provides recommendations and educational guidance only — it is not a paid consulting engagement.
- We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or end a session for any reason including inappropriate conduct.
- Free bonuses (PDFs, templates, checklists) are provided as-is and remain our intellectual property.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information when submitting our forms.
- Do not misuse the site (spam, scraping, security probing, or reverse engineering).
- Comply with applicable laws in the way you use the guidance we provide.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalance Growth Systems and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
